Why can't knowledge be a straight road, freshly tarmacked, the spell of freshly cooked bitumen lingering in the nearby air, inviting ones use. But instead it more resembles the gizzards of a sea creature that has been left to cook in the tropical sun for a matter of days and then dumped in a food processor with your own blood.
